Pastor Josh and Sara Parsons serve as the Youth Pastors at Connect Community and were called here in August of 2026. Pastor Josh and Sara are Houston’s Master’s Commission alumni. They were married in May 2025.

Pastor Josh grew up with his dad as his youth pastor, learning and eventually serving under Him. He developed a heart to reach the next generation and felt a call on his life to be in ministry. Sara grew up in Connect Community and found her love for music and the next generation through the church.

They are passionate about seeing youth and young adults develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. and seeing the students worshipping, connecting, and making a difference in their communities.
